LaserJet 5L won't "Unjam"
appart from both sides, and I don't see any more paper or paper fragments, but the paper jam
light remains on and of course it won't print.
Out of warranty of course. Called the dealer and he said the sensor probably needs to be reset;
contact HP. Checked their web site and they do mention this problem, but say to call tech
support (for a fee, of course) to be "talked thru it".
I'd rather not pay them for information they should provide for free. Anyone out there know
how to "reset the sensor"?
