Epson Epson Stylus Pro 9800

Epson 9800 error code 002000B

If someone can help me,

My Epson 9800 was working fine and I left it unplugged for a week and now I can't get it initialized. A service call error 002000B keeps coming up and when I finally get initialized it freezes up at "Press pause button".

What does this error means and what can I do to fix it?

Thanks for any help available.
That error code points to a problem with the internal memory of the printer. You can try to download the firmware from epsons website and upload it to the printer to see if that fixes it, but you are probably going to have to have the mainboard replaced to get the printer working again.
