QMS Magicolor 2200 Upper feed cover open error

My QMS Magicolor 2200 is displaying an "Upper feed cover open" error. I do not see any cover that is open. Tried all I can find. I searched the manual and get no hits for an "upper feed cover". I was getting an error that it needed cyan toner, so i bought that and was going to install it today. Decided to turn it on first and now am getting this new (to me) error.

I am also having the same issue... Any luck on this?

Figured it out, start by looking at the front of the machine. Turn the machine 90 degrees clockwise. (On the right hand side) All the way on the bottom there is a cover that was not closed all the way. Had to carefully bend the cover to fit, but the error went away.

A cover underneath? The lower tray is the only occupied that extends underneath the printer. I'm puzzled about my error like everyone else here as well.

The paper drawer handle is the front. Then to the right side is the side wher the cover is.

Post back if you still need help. I had to call Minolta to find out what this cover is. Mine looked closed but I had to push hard to get it completely closed.
