Laserjet 4350 58.20 Error

Anyone ever see a 58.20 error? It is not in the service manual and all the help says is power the printer off and back on. Googling 58.20 gets absolutely nothing related to Laserjet printers. Thanks for any help!

It's in the manual. It is an air temperature sensor error. Remove the left side cover and the bar that goes accross the fan has a wire coming out of it that goes to the power supply. Disconnect and then reconnect the wire and see if that makes a difference. If not, then you need to replace the air temperature sensor.

I will give this a shot. The service manual I have only lists 58.2, 58.3 and 58.4. It says 58.2 is the air-temperature sensor. Not 58.20. But I will give it a shot. Thank you.

If you meet the same error (58.20) on the HP4250. It will be treated the same way for the above dmzcompute's solution.

if what dmzcompute does not fixed your problem then you need to replace the power supply.
