CANON MPC600F SMARTBASE - Error Code ##343

Any ideas what this means, telephoned Canon UK Help and they are 'looking into it'.

Any help would be very much appreciated
This is a waste Ink Error. The Ink Pads are full.

Some place on this site I saw the reset codes for canon. What you need to do to fix this is replace the waste ink pads and reset the machine.

You might be able to get away with washing out the pads or even just resetting the machine. But if you don't clean the pads it will eventually overflow and get ink all over.

At home on this site put "Waste Ink Error" and "Canon" in the search window. You should be able to find instructions to reset your machine.

Hope this helps

you don't need to do anything to the pads, they should be ok, the one along the bottom of the machine looks full but that seems to be normal, just reset the counter
