Panasonic UF-333

Hi there,

I'm working on a Panasonic Fax UF-333 which is displaying "OUT OF INK" 015 message. I have replace the ink cartridge (compatible) twice which happens to be a HP26 to no avail.

Does anyone know how the machine detects the ink?

is there a way to reset this particular error message?

Thanks in advance

the error is not with the cartridge but with the ribbon cable which needs replacing, this is known as a flex cable repair kit [(Part code C2144-67902)

turn the ink test off
function, 7, tel/dail or monitor button 4 times
*, 1 for soft switch
91 for ink test
1 for off i think, but it gives you the options on the display

it works fine without the ink test but you'll have to keep an eye on the ink level
