922 fuser error

I have a Lexmark Optra T614 laser printer in an office
I get the message 922 fuser error and cant seem to troubleshoot it

things i've done...
replaced fuser unit, x2
replaced assembly unit
replaced low voltage power supply

and i still get the 922 error

I have no idea what i should be checking next
am at a standstill
please try the cable who goes in the power supply// fuser, chech the pins and make sure good contact.
sometimes i had this problem before.

sorry for my writing.

" The “922 Fuser Error” is a cold fuser error. Since you have replaced the fuser twice, LVPS and the Engine board most likely to be the issue with the DC auto connect which goes from the Fuser to the Engine board and the AC auto connect which goes from the Fuser to the LVPS which might be mal-functioning."

am going to the office site to check these
will post with results

Hi guys, I know it has been a while since the last post, but did you ever get a fix for that 922 error. I am having the same problem with a T622, Change Fuser, LVPS and Engine board. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
