What holds my printer's ink goes back and forth continuously
I replaced the black ink on my printer yesterday. It printed one sheet without problem, then started to malfunction. I have tried everything that I know and also contacted my computer tech.
The color ink was purchased and replaced within the past year.
Ideas? Thank you! Dawn
There's a thin plastic strip that goes through it. It had lines on it that the sensor counts to determine the position of the inks. Possibly, it could have become detached.
May be the issue is related with your Ink cartage as few days back I was getting the same issue and their is a company that thoroughly help me resolving the issue. You may visit them here
