Canon Canon MultiPass MP700

Wrong Cartridge message for Canon MP700

How can this be solved. We have tried changing all of the cartridges and replacing them with new ones, however, the same message is still displayed on the printer when we close the scanner.
i have the same message!!!! did you find a solution for yours and if you did can you help me

I think Logic Board fail ,you need to replace it
