Epson Epson Stylus C44

Epson C44 UX Problem

I have an Epson C44 UX printer, it has only been in use for, AT MOST, 12 months. Each time i try to print I get a message saying 'Parts in your printer have expired their service life'. Now, I know this printer is relatively new and that the parts inside will not have expired their service life. I am aware of a utility that may be able to help me in this problem, a utility to clear the internal counters in the printer, but am unable to get hold of it.

Can any one help me please ?

All Epson printers are set to so many thousand prints, once this has reached the end you get that message.
You need to reset the counters
find out more and the utility on this link

sos newuser I didn't see your post, nor did I spot the date, I need to learn to get around this site.

Thanks to newuser. I too downloaded the utility and got my Epson R310 going again. My wife says that we are not to buy Epson again.
