Shipping Information

We ship worldwide, from Redondo Beach, CA.

All domestic (USA) kit orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. USA residents can expect to receive their packages in 3-5 business days. International (outside USA) orders are shipped via US Air Mail, with an approximate delivery time of 1 week (this can be as long as 6 weeks, depending upon the security situation). Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping closes each day at 4 PM PST for Airborne Express (DHL) orders. Orders received past that deadline will be sent out the following business day.

Variable Shipping

In situations where the shipping price is reported as Variable, the online shopping cart system has decided that it does not have enough information to give the customer a fair and accurate shipping estimate. In such an event, one of our highly trained shipping clerks will find the customer the lowest possible shipping price at the best possible value. Ordering Issues

Mistakes that are made by the customer in ordering (e.g. wrong shipping address, wrong payment information, wrong parts ordered) will result in significant issues in order processing and shipment, and as such, the customer is well advised and is given ample opportunity to check and correct any invalid information submitted. Our shipping department cannot be held responsible for such problems.

Non-defect returns carry a 20% restocking fee.

Customer must understand that by choosing this shipping method, the customer acknowledges that he/she is waiving all rights to claim any damages to the package and the contents inside, as well as package or product loss during shipping. Customer is also releasing fixyourownprinter.com from all responsibilities and liabilities once the package has been shipped from fixyourownprinter.com's facility.
