Instructions:

1. Cut (3) tabs off left side of cartridge (Fig. 1).

2. Remove end plate.

3. Cut (6) tabs off the top of the cartridge (Fig. 2).

4. Remove drum axle (Fig. 3) and remove OPC drum.

5. Clean, inspect and replace if necessary.

6. Remove top cover and vacuum out waste toner (Fig. 4).

7. Clean wiper blade and lubricate (Fig. 5).

8. Replace OPC drum and axle rod through the left side of the

cartridge (Fig. 6).

9. Attach left side cover plate with screws or hot glue.

10. Attach top cover with screws or hot glue.

Note: Change Drum sensor is cleared when the waste hopper is emptied. A

toner lever assembly rises and blocks an optical sensor in the printer when the

waste hopper is full (Fig. 7).
