Instructions:

Figure 1

1. Push in locking pins (Figs. 1 & 2) with jewelers screwdriver until top cover

springs open.

2. Remove the OPC hub screws (Figs. 1 & 2) and remove hubs.

3. Remove the OPC. Clean, inspect, and replace if necessary. Store in a dark

place.

4. Remove toner cap and doctor blade (2 screws) (Fig. 3). Use compressed air

or a vacuum to clean out the toner hopper. Replace the doctor blade.

5. Remove pins from pin holder (Fig. 4).

6. Remove, clean and inspect the PCR (Fig 4).

7. Vacuum excess waste toner from waste hopper.

8. Clean all contacts.

9. Remove end plate, and lift out mag roller. Clean and inspect the mag roller

sleeve and contacts.

10. Replace mag roller and end plate.

11. Fill hopper with toner and replace cap.

12. Replace PCR and OPC. Screw the gear hubs back in place.

13. Reassemble cartridge, pushing pins back into place to secure
