Remanufacturing Instructions

Phillips-head screwdriver

Soft, lint-free cloths P/N:99CL14

Small, flat-head screwdriver

Oasis Toner P/N: XDTN10220
Oasis Developer P/N: XDTN77190

Toner Unit Disassembly

1. Remove two screws that connect the waste bin to the toner hopper

shown in Fig. 1.

2. Remove the waste bin
as shown in Fig. 2.

3. Remove The two screws that
secure the end cap to the toner
hopper (Fig. 3).

4. Pull the end cap toward the front of
the hopper. There are two locking clips
that will release and allow you to
remove the end cap.

5. Remove two screws that connect the developer section to the
toner hopper shown in Figure 5.

6. Once the screws are removed, separate the two halves by
pulling the developer section away from the toner hopper.

7. Carefully remove the hopper cap (Large) and developer cap
(small). Clean both areas with compressed air. Clean the developer
section (roller) also, removing all existing developer.

7a. Replace Toner with Oasis XDTN10220.
Replace Developer with Oasis XDTN77190.

8. Reassemble the cartridge in reverse
order to insure proper assembly.
