Tape (2 strips - 1/2" x 11")

Instructions:

1. Remove 2 screws and lift off gear cover (fig. 1).

2. Remove large gear in order to access end cap (fig.2).

3. Remove end cap. Vacuum out excess toner.

4. Remove the 3 screws on the bottom of the cartridge (fig.3).

5. Remove the 2 screws on the left side cover plate and then remove the cover

(fig. 3).

6. Remove the yellow label on the front of the cartridge.

7. Cut along the seam (1/16" deep) completely around the cartridge (fig. 4 & 5).

8. Gently remove bottom of cartridge.

9. Remove the wiperblade. Clean, inspect, and replace if necessary (fig. 6).

10. Vacuum out waste hopper.

11. Replace the wiper blade and top cover. Secure with 3 screws.

12. Snap and hold down cover. Secure cover by placing tape over the seam on

the front (fig. 4) and back of the cartridge (fig. 5).

13. Fill hopper with toner.

14. Replace end cap and gear (fig. 3).

15. Replace both gear plates and secure with screws.
