Ricoh® 4150 Belt Replacement

Recommended Tools:
Phillips screwdriver
Small flat head screwdriver

Approximate Remanufacturing Time:
15-20 min.

Instructions:

1. Remove two screws on corona assembly. The corona grid unit has spring

tension and can be removed by pushing it to the left and then lifting it off
(Fig. 1).

2. Remove four screws on bottom of belt housing (Fig. 2).

a. Lift cover off carefully.

b. Note position of wire springs.
3. Remove the two spring assemblies.
4. Lift belt assembly up and out of housing and remove belt.
5. Vacuum and clean housing of all loose toner.
6. Slide new belt on, return belt assembly to housing.
7. Put springs back on shaft, hold cover up at angle (spring rods fit into grooves

in housing).

8. Replace housing and secure with four screws.
9. Replace corona grid and secure with two screws.
