Ricoh® LP-4080/4081/4150 Toner Cartridge

Instructions:

1. Remove paper tray.

2. Pull out development drawer approximately 5 inches.

a. Open black cover and slide toner cartridge to the left (Fig. 1).

b. Lift out old/used toner cartridge.

3. Shake the new toner cartridge from side to side.

4. Place toner cartridge in unit (Fig. 2).

a. Hold down toner cartridge, and gently pull out seal to the right (Fig. 3).

b. Slide the toner cartridge to the right to make sure that it is in secure.

5. Open top cover of unit.

a. Squeeze green locking lever in center of fusing roller

b. Roll fusing roller unit to rear.

c. Unlatch 2 locking levers on the front of the cleaning pad unit and roll unit

to rear (Fig. 5).

d. Remove old cleaning pad and replace with new one (Fig. 6).

6. Replace toner collection bottle.
