Instructions:

Figure 1

1. Remove C Clip from left side of drum axle (Fig. 1).

2. Remove rod from unit (left side Fig. 2).

3. Remove drum: clean, inspect, replace if necessary.

4. Unfasten corona assembly and handle cover by unfastening two contacts and

two snap clips (Fig. 2).

Unfasten two snap clips from other side (Fig. 1).

6. Clean corona assembly with a cotton swab saturated in 99% IPA (Fig. 3).

7. Remove wiper blade (2 screws Fig. 4).

8. Clean, inspect, replace if necessary.

9. Use a utility knife to cut along seam and separate waste hopper (Fig. 1 & 2).

10. Remove top cover (Fig. 5).

11. Use compressed air or a vacuum to clean out excess toner.

12. Replace waste cover and glue down.

13. Replace wiper blade back and secure with two screws.

14. Replace corona assembly.

15. Install drum and slide rod back on. Be sure to lubricate the drum with pad-

ding powder.

16. Snap on C Clip.

Note: The Drum counter must be changed.
