Phillips head screwdriver

Time: 20 min.

Instructions:

1. Remove 2 screws from top (Fig. 1) and remove corona wire assembly.

2. Remove end cap by unhooking the two hidden clips. Remove two screws

(Fig. 2).

3. Remove hidden screw (Fig. 3). Turn auger assembly to the right (Fig. 4)

to expose the drum axle.

4. Clean all contacts and remove the axle.

5. Remove screw from remaining drum axle bushing (Fig. 5). First remove

bushing then remove OPC.

6. Clean and inspect the OPC. Replace if necessary.

7. With a Phillips screwdriver, remove the 2 screws from back panel.

8. Vacuum out any waste toner. Remove the 2 screws securing the wiper blade.

Clean and inspect the wiperblade. Replace if necessary.

9. Replace the wiperblade and back panel.

10. Replace the OPC and attach gear hub and axles.

11. Replace the waste auger and 3 screws. Attach cover plate.

12. Clean both corona wires. Attach top corona wire assembly and secure with

screws.
