1. Remove the fill plug on the gear train side
of the cartridge and dump out the remaining
toner (Fig.1).

2. On the non-gear
side of the cartridge,
remove the white axle
and recoil spring from
the developer roller
shaft (Fig.2). Insert a
small flat head screw
driver between the
axle and the cartridge
body and pry outward
gently. NOTE: The
coil spring is not
attached to the axle
and can be easily lost
(Fig. 2a).

3. Insert a small flat head
screwdriver underneath the small
plastic plate (Fig. 3) that holds
the developer roller and sponge
roller shaft. Gently pry out until
the plastic comes free of the
sponge roller shaft (Fig 3a).

4. On the geared side above the
white axle in a recessed cavity,
there is a small locking pin (Fig.
4). Push the pin in and up, this will
release the small plastic plate that
holds the developer sleeve in place
(Fig. 4a).

5. Remove the developer roller (fig.5). Vacuum or
use compressed air to remove all remaining toner
from the toner hopper. Manually rotate the foam
charge roller and use compressed air to clean it.
Use caution not to damage the developer roller
sealing blade when cleaning the residual toner.

6. The developer roller felts are
attached to the doctor blade (Fig. 6). It
is not recommended that you remove
the doctor blade and damage the felts.
Simply clean the leading edge of the
blade with a lint free wipe.

7. Reassemble the cartridge in reverse order. After reinstalling the developer roller
make sure that the small protrusion on the plastic plate on the gear train side is firmly
back in the recessed area on the side of the hopper. Fill the hopper with toner (Oasis
part #BRTN10210) and install the fill cap. Install a cartridge cover (Oasis part #
BRCP10), this will prevent leaking and damage to the developer roller during
shipping (Fig. 7).
