1. Using needle nose pliers, remove the pins on each end
of the cartridge that secure the two halves (Fig. 1).

2. Once the pins are
removed separate the
cartridge halves (Fig. 2).

3. Using a small flathead screwdriver remove the PCR
from the saddle clips (Fig. 3).
4. Remove the mag
roller drive gear from
the end of the mag on
the gear side of the
cartridge (Fig. 4).

5. Using a small
flathead
screwdriver, Pry
up on the mag
roller stabilizer
and remove it
from the roller
(Fig. 5).
6. Remove the mag and clean with compressed air for
reassembly (Fig. 6).

7. Remove the 2
screws that secure
the doctor blade
in place (Fig. 7).
Empty remaining
toner in hopper
and clean with
compressed air.
8. Add toner, clean all components and reassemble in
reverse order (fig. 8).

9. Using a small
screwdriver remove
the drum-locking
tab from the large
gear end of the
cartridge (Fig. 9).
10. Remove the axle rod from the drum (fig.10).
11. Remove the drum from the waste unit (Fig.11).

12. Remove the
two screws that
secure the wiper
blade in place
(Fig. 12).
13. When removing the blade, pry up on the wiper felts
on both ends of the blade (Fig. 13).

14. Remove all waste toner from the waste bin using
compressed air. Check Mylar for damage. Replace
wiper blade and drum and reassemble in reverse order
(Fig. 14).
