Problem:  Paper jams while entering the fuser assembly, and a grinding noise is heard from the back of the printer. Lower the back tray and if it prints OK out to that tray, then this kit will fix it. If the paper still jams, contact sales@fixyourownprinter.com

Cause:Worn out gears in swing plate assembly and fuser

Solution:  Replace the necessary parts, all of which are included in this repair kit (along with easy to follow directions).
