Problem:

When a print job is sent, paper doesn't pick up and an "Ink Low" message is displayed on the computer screen.

Cause:

Broken spring holders to bongo pads and/or broken cam shaft mountings in OEM ink supply station. Click here for a picture of a broken bongo pad. Note: The new ink supply station unit we provide is made of stronger plastic and has reinforced spring holders and cam-shaft mountings.

Solution:

Replace the necessary parts, all of which are included in this repair kit (along with easy to follow directions).
