Problem:

Paper doesn't get pulled out of the paper tray or stops short of the registration roller (the registration roller is under the green handle). Problem is more evident with heavier stock or envelopes.

Cause:

The pickup roller is worn out from use. If you look at it, you will notice the surface of it is shiny.

Solution:

Replace the necessary parts, all of which are included in this repair kit (along with easy to follow directions).
