Problem:  Paper jams as it exits printer, starts out as intermittent and gets progressively worse. Paper has accordion folds at bottom. If you switch the output to the front, paper exits ok.

Cause:Foam exit rollers get soft and mushy. If you squeeze them, they don't spring back. Paper leaving the fuser is being pushed too fast for the worn exit rollers to handle. This causes the paper to fold up.

Solution:  Replace the necessary parts, all of which are included in this repair kit (along with easy to follow directions).
