Problem:
After short warmup period, 2 yellow lights start blinking or your computer monitor displays "fixing temperature malfunction"
Cause:
90% of the time this is caused by a burnt out quartz fusing lamp (Click

for information on how to test the fusing lamp). The DC controller does not see the fuser get up to operating temperature and produces the blinking lights.
Solution:
