came across the forum and read your post I had the exact same problem There is some good news and some bad news After taking it apart and trying to figure out the problem heres what I found 1 There is a small gear that is on the what I call paper advance roller which has 4 rubber rollers Facing the machine from the front the gear is on the left hand side The gear that is on this roller is cracked I tried getting a gear off of another printer that I had laying around and found it has the exact same problem 2 However good news I am going to try to put a small locktype washer on this which I
