lights flashing on my epson dx7400

my on light, and paper/ stop light, and ink light, and a green E (error) wont stop flashing on my epson dx7400 printer? any help pleeeeeeese? it wont do anything, won't print and i can not use any of the bottons at all, they just keep flashing iv tried turning it off, and turning it back on again but the green on light flashes for a while, and then the rest of the lights start flashing like before?
