printer color problem by m.bain (11/19/09 4:10 PM) reply + / -
Hi...
I have a Canon S600 ink jet printer (using an iMac). Just replaced the print head and have all new ink cartridges installed. It was working beautifully, now all of a sudden it wants to print heavily with cyan... Cyan is mixing in with the other colors.

It started with the yellow, now it is in the magenta and I assume black as well.

I cleaned the head, it worked well for a short while, now back to the cyan mixed in again.

Is their a code or something I can use to tell it to stop this?

Thank you for any help.
M.Bain

How did you clean the head? Best way is to take it out and dunk the bottom in very hot water for about a minute. Blot dry on a paper towel. Otherwise, take it back to the store. It should be guaranteed.
