I recently purchased an Epson r280. When I try to print on a CD the printer head hits the CD tray and the CD. It leaves black streaks on the CD and makes a bad banging sound as it prints. Needless to say the CD does not turn out right at all. It is all smeared and has lines going through it. Is there any way to raise the head just a hair to make it not scrape anymore? This is pretty much the only reason I bought this printer so this is really annoying. Any help would be much appreciated. I have searched everywhere and cannot find any information on this topic.
