The paper and ink lights are blinking red simultaneously.
This printer has been unused for awhile and I was about to set it up again. I'm sure the ink is dried out, and I have new cartridges, but I haven't replaced them yet. I read the other forums here and I'm assuming my counter needs to be reset.
I download the software, and launched it, but when I tried to reset the printer, it said the "printer isn't turned on or some other problem." I know the printer is on because I first had to connect it to my computer to install the driver. It's on, the lights are blinking, and it's plugged into my computer.
I'm so close to fixing this - please help me finish!
