DX4450 print probs'

Hi, I have a DX4450 which has decided to start to misalign & print colours in various stripes (i.e. Dark Blue comes out pale blue & pink stripes!!) I've tried realignment and am just going around in circles, think i've tried about 20 times now !Can anyone shed any wise words for me please ? Many Thanks
