Hello the printer at work has been playing up, before it prints (and it does this with every single page of a document) The LCD screen states "Tray 1 load recycled A4" we don't use tray 1 and it is empty and closed so I press the green GO button and it changes to "Use plain A4 instead?" so i press go again and finally the page is printed. I'm starting to get RSI from hammering away at that Go button, how can I stop it asking? Thanks

The message is telling you that the job is asking for recycled A4. Nothing to do with the printer but something is set wrong in the application or you have driver issues. In other words the message is telling you to load recycled paper in tray 1 because the printer does not presently contain that paper. That is caused by commands from the computer being incorrect which is a application or driver issue.
