I have a Samsung 500N that was working well until recently I don't see any answer to this question from back in 2007 and I believe I have the same problem. I get a "cut off" of the printing on the right side but not always. It is inconsistent but always wrong on the first copy and then wrong on half or more of the rest. Sometimes if I print several copies, some of the copies come out right. Also, sometimes it appears to start printing TOO LOW on the page (not sure if this is same problem or different problem), leaving a large top margin and thus the bottom of the page doesn't get printed. These problems happen on the "test print" from the printer so I am sure now it isn't a driver (replaced several times) or software problem. Obviously it is sick somehow. Any help??

You can set the margin from your computer easily and you explained that some time it works very slow than its problem of your printer.It might be a hardware problem.

I am working with the idea it is a hardware problem due to the way it is inconsistent--even the "sample" page printed from the printer itself has this issue so I am pretty certain it is not software or driver issues. I am reluctant to take this to a shop unless I have some idea of what I am dealing with but I am not sure what this symptom suggests.

Yes,you have to take it to the technician of particular company because it will solved only by technician.This problem is looks like a minor hardware alignment problem. ___________________ http://www.inkjetsuperstore.ca/
