.....It does not even make sound like it is trying to feed the paper. The cartridge cradle goes back and forth a couple of times and then I get the error message "Printer cartridge cradle is stuck. Clear jam then press OK. I don't see any jam. It is totally clear.

My printer will not feed the paper I have in the tray. When asked to print it makes all the right noises, but after a moment it prompts me to put paper into the tray ( it already is there). I see not blue light inside. How do I get to the sensor?? HELP! Jo
