Lexmark C532N

I have a Lexmark C532N that will not display anything on the LCD screen and will not print. The only error I am able to find is the green light is now red. Any suggestions on what the issue may be?

when to power on the printer, it should beep either 3 times or 5 times,, that will decide if the control panel is gone faulty or the system board.
