That is a fuser error.
Open the rear door. Remove and reseat the fuser.
If this does not work, you will need a new fuser.

I am having the same "Please reboot (010-349)" error. When you say "remove and reseat the fuser"....what exactly do you mean? Just take it out and put it back in? Or is there another trick to it?? I took the fuser out and put it back in, and the message still stayed on the display screen. I just want to make sure I do run out and buy a new fuser if I don't actually need one.

1. Turn printer off.
2. Pull down the rear door.
3. Remove fuser.
4. Reinstall the fuser.
5. Turn The printer back on.
If this does not work I would try to reset the NVRAM of the printer.
Hope this works

Same error message "Please reboot (010-349)"
Has removed the fuser and replaced it, but still gets the equal error message.
How can I reset the NVRAM?
