Epson Stylus Color 480 Problem

G'day People, I've got an Epson Stylus Color 480 printer. I am getting an error message: "An unknown error has occurred. Unplug your printer and contact your dealer or authorized service center". How can I fix this thing? Any suggestion would be appreciated. Cheers
