 | Printing problem with HP Photosmart C4100 by Noory (4/28/08 10:14 AM) reply | + / - | We have a HP Photosmart C4100 All-in-One series printer. Just recently whenever we try to print we have a program called "MARKET RESEARCH" come up on the screen and we can't get rid of it. Does anyone know how to get rid of this. Thank-you.

Depending which operating system you are using, Microsoft offers software to remove spyware. You can also find other removal programs by using Google.

However the name of the file that puts out the image that interrupts your printing is marketresearch.msi. I would appreciate finding how to get it removed from my printer also.
