9500 okidata used drums

what to do to used drums for more usage, does anybody sell used drums? I used the (okiuser)to reset drums it really works, but intersted in taking out used toner in drum,to clean it with what, buff drum maybe? or a tech you might sell the old drums, still usable. Thanks
