Hello,
I have an EPSON Stylus CX5400 All-In-One that I have had for a few years. The trouble with it is that whenever I try to print a document, there is a delay of about 30 seconds before the printing starts. The printer makes no indication that is receiving a document until then. I decided to try and troubleshoot the problem today and so far have had no success. Anyway, here is some information that could be useful in troubleshooting: -I'm running WinXP Home -Printer is connected through USB. Switching USB ports produces the same behavior. -Setting documents to spool or print directly to the printer has no effect. -Version information is version 5.40 -This printer is shared over my home network. It is installed as a network printer on my WinVista laptop, and when I print from there, the printing starts immediately. Go figure.
Anyway, I hope someone more knowledgeable than I has the solution to the problem. Thank you!
-Matt
