The capping station does not seem to be lowering to allow me to remove print cartridges, to print documents, or even move the print carriage. Need Help fixing this. Thank you

If this is no help,... go to the HP Support page, find your printer group, select your printer, and then ask the question,... like, "Can't remove Ink Carts"
