Samsung clp-500 low heat error

I have samsung clp-500 with low heat error, i check fuser unit and it is ok ( i check the bulbs with ohm meter and visually there are no break in fiber ). I also cleaned thermistor in fuser. So i check voltage on fuser contacts and there is no AC power to fuser. So then i open AC supply and check fuses - they are ok.... Any ideas. Fuser have 70000 pages count.

Same problem here. Have changed fuser unit and problem still happens. Anyone out there with any ideas????
