I had to delete all evidence of the printer on my server and client computers (I had my set up as a network printer) by going to control panal -> Printers -> and deleting the printer icon. Then I rebooted my machines. Then plug and play found the printer again but I needed to use the install CD to get all that I had restored (HP photo software). Everything's working fine now, but I'm still burdened with rollers that pull the paper in an uneven grab, resulting in crooked printing every time......
