Designjet 1050c error code

Have not seen machine yet but here is the work order info I have received. Plotter stays on for a few hours before message 010030-034c095a. Customer has turned off and back on and the following error "boot failed" 1f50007 "hard disk failure. The errors listed are not in the service manual. Any ideas? tia Walter

If you get a hard disk failure, turn off the plotter and remove the hard drive, (it's on an EIO card). It's likely they can run fine with the drive removed.

I have the same exact issue on my designjet 5500ps What is the solution for error CODE 010030-034c095a, and then 1f500007 hard drive failure. Which parts had to be replaced? Thanks MIke

You should start your own thread since this thread applies to the 1050C. For your model you need to get a replacement hard disk from hp or vendor that has the hard disk for your model. It comes preloaded with the software to run the plotter.

My designjet 1050c plus, prints one page and the system error 070100 006703B5 appears. I have to turn off re-align paper after that I print one page and same happens again. Any idea what could be the problem?
