Hello, I bought a new HP Deskjet 7210 all in one, we set it up, connected the phone line, & get error message 0xc0620004411:lib_micci2.c. Then lots of flashing lights on the control panel. Powered off & on as well as reset a few times and deleted and reinstalled the printer, same result. It appears to be a printer problem and not a computer related problem. Any assistance is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hi, did anyone come up with a fix to this problem? I have the same error message :(.

I got that and after chatting with HP for an hour, ended up with them telling me it was hosed. Bought a new printer. Best I could get it to do is print half a page.

I have an error message ox8803f820 .........any fixes? this is so annoying.

Disconnect the power cable, press config (setup Button) and plug the power cord keeping the button pressed for 10 sec. release button config and press power. Hope it helps

Pressing setup for 10 seconds worked like that dude said. Thanks anyname...
