I have a Dell printer (cheap free job they throw in when you buy a PC). I refilled the color ink cartridge. (I previously refilled the black and have had no problems.) The first couple of print outs came out okay now it's not printing ANY cyan (blue) I've cleaned the nozzles, wiped the cartridge when the wipes that come with the refill kit, blotted on a paper towel (the blue comes out on the towel) Tried about 10 pages now at best print quality with no improvement. This is a full size (not the original trial) cartridge. HELP! Thanks
Dear Verna Sorry can't help with your color problem. I haven't tried refilling cartridges yet and am trying to find a diagram to follow for the black cartridge re-filling. It sounds like you had success with that? I have trial cartridge, but assume configuration of holes is all same.. Do you know where I can access diagram to follow for re-fill please? Thanks
hello, I've just installed a new color and black cartridge for my dell 720 inkjet printer and the black works perfectly but the color cartridge is only printing out blue can anyone help me solve this problem
