hp deskjet 632c

My daughter has a hp deskjet 632c. Her computer is running windows xp. We installed it using the hp deskjet driver that was on the computer and the printer will not print using color. She does not have internet and I was trying to download a driver for her and keep getting directed to the hp website that does not respond. Any suggestions?

Does the printer use color when you print a demo page? (hold down the resume button for 4 seconds)

no. I even tried to change the properties and the preferences of the printer.
