HP 3820 Acting Weird...& Won't Print....Any Ideas? by cosmicjacuzzi (12/9/05 5:14 AM) reply + / -
When i turn on my HP 3820 it flashes all the lights and then picks up a sheet of paper then slowly runs it through the printer. When i try and print a document it flashes green as if it's recieving the info but then nothing, it finally returns to a solid green light.... What can i do please?

These are disposable printers! HP was exchanging them for free, but is no longer doing so. You guys missed the boat. Speaking of boats, they're too light to use for boat anchors. Best thing to do is to get a big hammer and smash them to bits. You can't fix them. There are no parts for them. Next time spend some real money (over $100) and get a real printer. Either that or buy a $30 one and when it runs out of ink, throw it away and buy another $30 one. That way you never have to worry about repairs.
