LEXMARK X3350 CARRIER JAM

I have a Lexmark X3350. Recently the Power light has kept blinking and the message reads 'Clear the carrier jam and then press _(arrow) to continue. I have try ied checking the paper and ink cartridges and they seem okay, how do I solve this problem.

I have the same problem.Have followed all the instructions, checked the paper and ink cartidges. What can I do? I need to fix this today! Thanks...
